Ingredients

  • 2 cups of (whatever kind of) milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 2 teaspoons of cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tablespoon of protein powder

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until combined.
  3. Pour into glass.
  4. Enjoy!
