Ingredients

  • ½ cup of dates cut into small pieces
  • ½ cup of mixed nuts
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of protein powder
  • 1 cup of desiccated coconut (+ more for rolling)

Method

  1. In a blender, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Roll mixture into balls and cover in coconut.
  3. You can eat them immediately, but I would suggest putting at least some of the them in the fridge to cool.
