Ingredients
- ½ cup of dates cut into small pieces
- ½ cup of mixed nuts
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 1 tablespoon of protein powder
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut (+ more for rolling)
Method
- In a blender, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Roll mixture into balls and cover in coconut.
- You can eat them immediately, but I would suggest putting at least some of the them in the fridge to cool.
